Description
Purex 200i Replacement main filters
Purex use specialised combinations of filter media in the Purex 200i Replacement main filters. These capture particles, gases and vapours generated by individual processes such as laser engraving, laser marking, soldering, ink jet printing etc. Each filter has a unique serial number and is indivdually tested and certificed to ensure performance and safety.
Main filter key features:
- Purex HEPA filter elements are precision manufactured from a pleated material. These incorporate reinforcing strips which separate the pleats and help prevent airflow vibration or collapse.
- Additionally, air equalisation plates are used between the layers of media to further reinforce the filter housing and to distribute the airflow across the filter. This helps to ensure all of the filter media is used.
- Chemical filters absorb a wide variety of gases and vapours
- HEPA/ Chemical filters filter particles from 99.997% to 0.3 microns in size and absorb a variety of gases and vapours
- HEPA/Twin chemical filters filter particles from 99.997% to 0.3 microns in size and absorb a variety of gases and vapours particularly from rubber engraving or acidic gas applications
- HEPA/PVC Chemical filters filter particles from 99.997% to 0.3 microns in size and absorbs gases and corrosive vapours generated when PVC is laser processed
- HEPA/ CSA is a heavy duty filter for laser engraving rubber
- CSA filters absorb a wide variety of gases and vapours
- HEPA filters filter small particules down to 99.997% down to 0.3 microns in size
- HEPA/ Chemical cleanroom filters absorb a wide variety of gasses and vapours and filters small particles of 99.997% down to 0.3 microns in size. Specifically designed for use in cleanrooms, and must be used in conjuction with F8 and F9 pre-filters.
- Solvent lock filters absorb gases and vapours generated by ink jet printing and certain solvent applications
