Wez standard conductive tote containers
Wez standard conductive tote containers manufactured from conductive polypropylene available in a wide range of sizes. Suitable for storing and handling of products and components where ESD protection is essential. Available with the option of a lid- either drop on, 2 swing latches, or 4 swing latches, offering the ‘faraday cage’ protection.
The standard BlackLine containers are designed for European pallets, 1200 x 800 / 1200 x 1000 mm and the different container sizes may be stacked together in a wide range of configurations. A rugged and solid construction with minimal internal draft angle ensures maximum space utilisation. Holes in the top frames allow integration with other system components such as lids. Printorama, etc. Shell handles are included on all containers (except 44mm high). Exact dimensional tolerances ensure that all BlackLine containers retain compatability, whatever the age of the product. Average stack loads are 500 kg. BlackLine standard containers have the SGL base design.
All containers marked with ESD sign in accordance with BS EN 61340-5-1
