system with no PC requirements. Advanced digital image processing technology and multi FOV zoom levels reduce measurement time and increase inspection efficiency.

AshCal™: Factory calibration tracking for all lenses. No recalibration when changing magnification levels which gives consistent and accurate measurement with every zoom.
2D Measurement & Graticules: Point to point, diameter, angle, adjustable X-Y grid and annotation features accommodate a multitude of samples specifications. Graticule creation also allows samples to be analysed against on-screen digital templates with set tolerance limits.
Automatic Alignment: Automate your process by removing subjectivity and eliminating human error. Increase your efficiency and integrate robots, and also free valuable resources to work on other projects.
