The HT HTM450 Wave Solder Machine series of inline soldering machines offers exceptional quality at a very cost effective price. Each individual part of the HT HTM450 Wave Solder Machine is designed to be robust and handle the rigours of a high volume manufacturing environment. The HT HTM450 Wave Solder Machine is supplied as standard with a spray fluxer, 3 zone 1.8m pre-heat, dual wave solder bath and full PC control all of which offer an excellent value package that is supported by AMS in the UK and Ireland. HT offer a number of option for the HTM450 to allow it to be configured for the rigours of modern production, typical examples being full wire centre board support and nitrogen.
The HT HTM450 Wavesolder machine can be used as a stand alone machine or can be integrated into a production line using the custom made infeed and outfeed conveyors, details and prices are available upon request.
