Purex 1500i Replacement main filters
Specialised combinations of filter media are used in the Purex 1500i Replacement main filters. These capture particles and gases generated by individual processes such as laser engraving, soldering, ink jet printing and many others. Every filter has a unique serial number and is individually tested and certififed to ensure performance and safety.
Main filter key features:
- These Purex HEPA filter elements are precision manufactured from a pleated material that incorporates reinforcing strips which separate the pleats and help prevent airflow vibration or collapse.
- Additionally, air equalisation plates are used between the layers of media to further reinforce the filter housing and to distribute the airflow across the filter to ensure all of the filter media is used.
- Chemical filters absorb a wide variety of gases and vapours
- HEPA/Twin chemical filters filter small particles down to 0.3 microns in size and absorb a variety of gases and vapours particularly from rubber engraving or acidic gas applications
- Specifically designed for use in cleanrooms, and must be used in conjuction with F8 and F9 pre-filters.
