ALPHA HiTech SMD Adhesives
ALPHA HiTech Adhesives cover a wide range of applications for holding in place chip components or bonding devices at varying curing conditions. ALPHA HiTech SMD Adhesives are one component, intermediate temperature and fast curing surface mount products. They are designed to hold chip components during the wave soldering process. Each product is formulated to optimally be used for dispensing or printing applications.
ALPHA HiTech SMD Adhesives are well suited for wave soldering processes requiring soldering on non-through hole components such transistors, capacitors and SOT. Industry segments with this process requirement are power supply, battery chargers, LED Drivers, Smart Meters and White Good assembly. Users of the ALPHA HiTech series of SMD Adhesives can benefit from the following key product features:
- Specially formulated Thixotropic Index (TI) for optimal dispensing and printing process
- Excellent Non-Sagging property, for good contact with base of chip components during placement process
- Excellent Thermal Resistance enables it to hold the component and keep it from dropping during wave soldering process

SM42-1311 Surface Mount Adhesive
ALPHA HiTech SM42-1311 is a one component, fast curable surface mount adhesive designed for dispensing application.
SM42-120P Surface Mount Adhesive
ALPHA HiTech SM42-120P is a one component, fast curable surface mount adhesive which provides users the option to apply it by either screen printing and dispensing.
ALPHA HiTech Low Temperature Adhesives
ALPHA HiTech Low Temperature Adhesives are one component, heat curable materials. They are engineered for use to mechanically bond heat sensitive substrates with each other at temperatures as low as 80°C.
ALPHA HiTech Low Temperature products are designed for use in Camera Modules, Actuators and BLU LED applications. Users of the ALPHA HiTec Series of Low Temperature Adhesives can benefit from the following key product features:

AD43-9600W Low Temperature Adhesive
ALPHA HiTech AD43-9600W is a one-component, low temperature cure epoxy system. It is specially designed to bond the lens onto a PCB bar for BLU (Back Light Unit) application.
AD13-9521B Low Temperature Adhesive
ALPHA HiTech AD13-9521B is specially designed for use in camera modules. This product has good adhesion to a wide range of plastic and metal surfaces used in the camera module assembly.
AD13-9620B Low Temperature Adhesive
ALPHA HiTech AD13-9620B is engineered for use in the camera module application. It exhibits excellent adhesion strength for bonding between LCP to Magnet surfaces.
ALPHA HiTech UV Adhesives
ALPHA HiTech UV Adhesives are one-component, ultraviolet curable materials. They can be used to mechanically bond substrates together at below 25oC. The instant curing capability of these products, within seconds under UV exposure, makes them ideal for production processes with high throughput requirements.
ALPHA Hi-Tech UV Adhesives are designed to be used in the following applications: Mobiles – Main PCB boards, Wireless Charger component, Optical Pick Ups (CD ROM, computers), Camera Modules, LCD display(TV).
