Alpha WS619 Paste Flux S10 syringe
Alpha WS619 Paste Flux is completely water soluble and halide free. Alpha WS619 is designed for both stencil and dispensing applications in surface mounting processes where aqueous post reflow cleaning is required.
Features:
- Minimal foam is generated from cleaned flux residues in recirculating post-cleaning
- High reflow tolerance using a variety of reflow profiles and a wide temperature range
- Excellent wetting characteristics on all types of copper protective coatings
- Compatible with either nitrogen or airflow
