Eflex SMT Reject Conveyor
The Eflex SMT Reject Conveyor SMEMA-compatible transfer conveyors are specifically used for NG/OK board selection. Usually 1.5m long and with 3 segments, the front rail is stationary while rear rail adjusts to desired width with a hand crank. The middle segment contains a rejection mechanism which lifts up the board which has been detected as NG by a previous machine and informed by SMEMA. Eflex SMT Reject Conveyor speed of each segment is individually dial adjustable from 0.5 – 20 m/min. The boards which are lifted in the center can be removed and inspected on the work ledge adjacent to the front rail, which will come covered with a green ESD surface.
