Our Purex 800i digital fume extraction system 3 tier can cater for up to 9 x 38mm arms,6 x cleancabs 6 x cowls, inkjet printers (coding & marking) lasers (coding & marking) and engraving lasers. It contains 2 main filters compared with 1 filter in the 2 tier system. The Purex 800i digital fume extraction system 3 tier comes with the choice of vacuum or volume sensing. Vacuum sensing is for tip and arm applications where as volume sensing is for laser and machine processing. We also offer this machine in a 2 tier system with 1 main filter.
Pre-filters are designed to capture larger particles before they enter the main HEPA filter, without pre-filters the life of the main filter would be shorter. A variety of media and designs are available to allow Purex extractors to be used in a wide range of processes.
A variety of different combinations of filter media are used in Purex filters depending on the application. Air equalisation plates are also used between the layers of media to further reinforce the filter housing and to distribute the airflow across the filter to ensure all of the media is used.
Additional options include coding and marking kits, laser engraving kits, pipework connection kits and machine interfacing kits. The Purex 900i digital fume extraction system 3 tier can also be upgraded to a PVC version. Please contact us with your requirements.

Our purex 800i digital fume extraction system is supplied with a choice of labyrinth pre-filters, choice of main filters (3 tier is supplied with 2 main filters) and a power cable (no plug).
