Amerivacs CAVN vacuum sealer with gas purge
The Amerivacs CAVN vacuum sealer with gas purge is self contained and ready to perform out of the box. The CAVN reduces equipment requirements and provides greater flexibility of placement locations within your facility.
With one touch of the pedal, the CAVN flushes out oxygen and moisture with nitrogen, the automated stainless steel nozzle retracts, and your sensitive components are sealed in seconds. Clean Room compatible, the CAVN is also ideal for dry packaging applications on trays, tape and reel, tubes and a variety of SMD shipping containers.
Combine the CAVN’s precise automation with speed, extensive safety features and incredible durability, and faulty seals resulting from operator or machine error are virtually eliminated. Providing additional functionality and convenience, the CAVN’s gas-flush feature can be switched off for impulse heat only sealing.
The CAVN is offered in a choice of seal lengths – 20″ and 30″
Options can be selected to upgrade the sealer. The workplace holder is a simple work shelf attachable to the machine, that can be adjusted to different heights to accommodate your product’s size. It will help to support the bag during the vacuum sealing process for ease of use.
The stainless steel body upgrade is recommended for all clean room, food processing and medical applications.
The vacuum regulator can be used to set a predetermined vacuum level for sealing, which is especially useful when sealing delicate items.
