StaticTec ESD Safe Structured Floor Mat on Roll, 120cm x 10 Metres, light grey in colour.
Key features:
- Floor Mats are available on a 120 cm x 10 mtr roll in light grey
- Heat resistant, rubber mat, composed of 2 layers (top = dissipative and bottom = conductive)
- Leather look structured surface and non shiny top side
- Resistance to ground: < 10^6 to 10^7 Ω
Installation instructions:
- Installation requires a perfect smooth and permanently dry and sound subfloor. Never use conductive primers, since they reduce the subfloor’s absorbency.
- Rubber mats should be dry laid first to reach the floor temperature (acclimatize)
- Create a copper grid, and connect it to the ground (see product code listing for varying diameters)
- Use conductive adhesive to apply the rubber mat. Water dispersion adhesive type ECO V4 is easy to apply and is mostly used on absorbent and moisture stable subfloors. (See product code AMS-STW4240 )
