The protex sanitising wipes are effective and efficient at disinfecting a variety of surfaces. They are proven to have a 99.999% kill rate against several types of bacteria and viruses including the coronavirus, norovirus and E.Coli.
Protex wipes contain 0% alcohol, solvents and bleach, so how do they sanitise? The fluid used is made up of specialist quaternary ammonium compounds, or “quats”. These are ammonium compounds, with four organic groups linked to a nitrogen atom. Different quats have different kill ranges; Protex utilises a number of quats to guarantee a high kill rate. Protex Wipes work by forming a monolayer over a surface, once the monolayer has been formed the bactericidal action kicks in with the desteuction of bacteria/virus/fungal cell membranes and the denaturing of proteins. The growth of new bacterial spores is also inhibited.
The Protex Sanitising Wipes come with a flip top lid which ensures they are easy to dispense. Secondly, the flip top lid ensures that the wipes stay in perfect condition. These wipes are a large size and are easy to use and therefore allow you to disinfect surfaces quickly and effectively.
