ESD Workstation benches
We can make a custom ESD workstation bench to suit your application. Our range of benches includes four legged or cantilever style made in Bosch Rextroth Aluminum profile . We can make them fully welded or in flat pack if you prefer.
We start with the basic frame which as standard is 840mm high (we can easily manufacture the bench to any height needed, to match to existing benches or to fit into a specific area) and then add a work top which can be either a static dissipative laminate or an ESD synthetic rubber inlaid mat. This is finished with a flush edge and it is also solder and tip resistant. All our benches come fully earthed and have a choice of 3 x 4mm jack plug sockets for personnel to earth via their wristband and cords.
There is a full range of accessories to add and these include 2,3,4 drawer units, cupboards, power rails, parts bin holders and tool holders, overhead lighting and rails for drop down tooling, and side rails.
We also fit shelving to hold monitors and test equipment or arms to hold flat screen monitors or other aids for the operators.
