Included with the unit, the InoAuto locator software enhances control and visibility, ensuring efficient management of your smart storage.
Our standard software package includes the following features:
- Add packages to smart storage:
- Scan and input package information into any location.
- Capability to scan UID, Part Number, Date/Lot, Quantity, and up to two custom fields.
- Browse Inventory:
- View part numbers and packages within smart storage.
- Select individual reels for removal.
- Import part number descriptions.
- Export current inventory to a spreadsheet.
- Remove packages with picklist:
- Import pick lists in a standard format.
- Remove packages collectively or in a specified order.
- Replenish:
- Scan or manually input part numbers for replenishment.
- Available packages are immediately highlighted for removal.
- Transfer:
- Swiftly transfer materials between locations, whether within a cart or between carts.
- Unauthorized Pick:
- Instant notification for unauthorized package removal with flashing lights and on-screen messages.
- Error clearance upon package replacement.
- Logging unauthorized removals in the Bin Exception report if not replaced.
- Reports:
- Audit report showcasing all reel transactions.
- Bin Exception report for any unhandled errors.
- Miscellaneous:
- Individual user accounts and logins.
- Audit feature for identifying missing or improperly added packages.
