NeoDen IN6 Smart Reflow Soldering Oven
The NeoDen IN6 Smart Reflow Soldering Oven is a newly designed and manufactured reflow oven by NeoDen. Offering 6 independently controllable heating zones plus an air cooling system the NeoDen IN6 offers unparalleled value for money. The compact design and small footprint means that this SMD reflow oven can be used in any room where a standard 3 pin plug supply is available. Requiring no external fume extraction, the IN6 has in-built fume extraction filters,. Where external extraction is required it is also supplied with collars to allow the solder paste processing oven to be connected to such a system.
A simple to use control screen allows programming of the conveyor speed as in addition to setting the temperature parameters for each of the 6 heating zones ensuring the perfect reflow soldering profile is achieved. The profile can be checked with the use of the built-in profiling thermocouple. When taped to the surface of a PCB, the thermocouple can give real-time feedback on the surface temperature of the PCB and also records the full profile. The oven has a green strip light at the entry point that is illuminated once the oven reaches processing temperature meaning that the oven can be switched on and left unattended until ready.
