Schott KL1600 LED Light Source
The Schott KL1600 LED light source is an innovative fiber optic light source which utilises cold light to illuminate all types of industrial and life science applications. Schott have developed this multiple LED driven light source as an alternative to conventional halogen cold light sources.
The brightness of the KL1600 LED is improved by over 70% of its forerunner, optimised heat managment is assured by almost silnet cooling fan. The LED’s within the KL1600 LED have an extremely long lifetime of at least 50,000 running hours, no more changing of halogene bulbs.
The KL1600 LED uses 80% lower energy consumption comparitive to halogene light sources, emitting neutral white light (approx. 5600K) the KL 1600 LED is DC driven. The ripple free illumination is perfect for use with digital imaging applications.
