KEDTech D500 Fixture Cleaning Machine
The KEDTech D500 Fixture Cleaning Machine is a unique machine designed to clean the difficult to clean items within an electronics assembly factory. Wave solder pallets, spray fluxer manifolds, reflow oven condensation traps are but a few of the products that can he accommodated and cleaned in the KEDTech D500 Fixture Cleaning Machine. The KEDTech D500 Fixture Cleaning Machine comprises of 2 separately controlled dip tanks that contain the cleaning fluid. Each cleaning tank within the KEDTech D500 Fixture Cleaning Machine can be set using a number of parameters and technologies: –
- Temperature – the temperature of the cleaning fluid can be adjusted to achieve optimum cleaning performance.
- Ultrasonic Intensity – each bath is fitted with a bank of ultrasonic generators, these can be adjusted to give the optimum frequency to allow cleaning of even the most difficult residues.
- Air Bubble Technology – each bath is fitted with a controllable manifold that allows air to be bubbled through the cleaning medium to stipulate residue removal.
All combinations of the above parameters can be selected when programming the KEDTech D500 Fixture Cleaning Machine to ensure cleaning is completed to required standard. Once programmed and loaded the KEDTech D500 uses a time locked system so that the operator can leave the machine to run through its cycle unsupervised.
