Amerivacs AVN vacuum sealer with gas purge
The Amerivacs AVN vacuum sealer with gas purge is perfect for food, pharmaceutical, medical, electronics, clean room, and any general applications where moisture and oxygen are a threat.
With one touch of the pedal, it flushes out oxygen and moisture with nitrogen or any other inert gas to protect and extend the life of your product. It is also great for reducing the bulk of items or keeping them from wear due to friction during transportation. The AVN is also ideal for dry packaging applications on trays, tape and reel, tubes, and a variety of SMD shipping containers and is also clean room compatible.
The gas-flush feature can be switched off for impulse heat only sealing providing additional functionality and convenience.
The machines are hand assembled at our USA facility using only superior grade components. The AVN is available in a choice of seal lengths (20″, 25″, 30″, 35″).
The workplace holder is an attachable shelf that can be adjusted to different heights to accommodate your product’s size, supporting the bag during the sealing process for ease of use. The stainless steel body upgrade is recommended for all clean room, food processing and medical applications. The vacuum regulator can be used to set a predetermined vacuum level for sealing which is especially useful when sealing delicate items.
