Purex 400i PVC Replacement main filters
Purex use specialised combinations of filter media in the Purex 400i PVC Replacement main filters. These work to capture particles, gases and vapours generated by individual processes such as laser engraving, soldering, ink jet printing etc. Each filter has a unique serial number and is individually tested and certified to ensure performance and safety.
Main filter key features:
- Purex HEPA filter elements are precision manufactured from a pleated material that incorporates reinforcing strips. These separate the pleats and help to prevent airflow vibration or collapse.
- Additionally, air equalisation plates are used between the layers of media to further reinforce the filter housing and to distribute the airflow across the filter to ensure all of the filter media is used.
- HEPA/ Chemical filters filter small particles down to 99.997% down to 0.3 microns in size and absorb a wide variety of gases and vapours
- HEPA filters filter small particles down to 99.997% down to 0.3 microns in size
