Purex 400i PVC digital fume extraction system
Our The Purex 400i PVC digital fume extraction system is a specialist machine for laser processing of PVC.
Pre-filters are designed to capture larger particles before they can enter the main HEPA filter. Without these pre-filters, the life of the main filter would be much shorter. A variety of media and designs are available to allow Purex extractors to be used in a wide range of processes.
A variety of different combinations of filter media are used in Purex filters depending on the application. Air equalisation plates are used between the layers of media to further reinforce the filter housing and to distribute the airflow across the filter to ensure all of the filter media is used.

Our Purex 400i PVC digital fume extraction system is supplied with 2 labyrinth pre-filters (F8/F9 composite (202271), 4 chemical absorbant pads (202261), a main filter (HEPA/PVC Chemical 113498), 1 connection kit (100043C)and 1 power cable. We recommended that the absorbant pads are replaced when the Labyrinth pre-filter is replaced, or sooner if required.
