Burst & Zick CO43E Axial Preforming Device Goal Post Form
The Burst & Zick CO43E is designed, to automatically cut, form and bend axial leaded components for both horizontal and vertical mounting. Taped components are automatically fed into the machine (a hand feed attachment is available as an option) and are then cut to length, formed into the required shape and then bent before being ejected into a finished parts receptacle. The pitch and let length are set by means of dials (digital dials being an option) and the form is determined by the tooling installed. The tooling may be changed to change the form and this typically takes about 2 minutes.
