Cab Hektor 2 off-cut remover
The Cab Hektor 2 off-cut remover separates milled/routed PCBs carefully and fast. This type of machine is commonly known as a PCB nibbler due to the fact that it nibbles out the off-cut material that holds the individual PCB within its mother panel. The Hektor 2 off-cut is fully pneumatically operated using a footpedal to control the process. The CAB Hektor 2 is loaded with a blade that is matched to the width of the routed slot to ensure that the edgefinish on the PCB post ‘nibbling’ is perfect. The offcut material is removed smoothly and precisely. The operating pressure can be set on the machine. When the foot switch is pressed, the off-cut is punched out. The off-cuts are collected in the collecting box. When the gate is opened the waste material can be extracted.
