NeoDen 4 and K1830 Nozzles are OEM parts to ensure the optimum pick up of SMT devices.
Nozzles available are: –
- CN030 – ceramic nozzle for 0201 device
- CN065 – ceramic nozzle for 0402, 0603 devices
- CN100 – ceramic nozzle for 0805, 1206, diode, triode devices
- CN140 – ceramic nozzle for 1206, 1210, 2512, 3528, 5630
- XN040 – metal nozzle for TQFP, IC’s
