NeoDen K1830 Component Tape Feeder
The NeoDen K1830 Component Tape Feeder is designed to provide consistent SMD component presentation to the pick-up nozzle of the NeoDen K1830 Pick and Place machine. The NeoDen K1830 Component Tape Feeders are available in 6 sizes to accommodate for different component tape widths:
- 8mm (4mm pitch index for 0603 components upwards)
- 12mm
- 16mm
- 24mm
- 32mm
- 44mm
- 8mm electric (for 0201 and 0402 components)

Technological Features
The NeoDen K1830 Component Tape Feeders incorporate the following technological features that are normally only available in SMT placement equipment of much higher cost: –
- Electrical indexing to ensure accurate component pick-up
- Motorised peel-back of the component cover tape
- Plug in, teach and use operation
- Variable indexing
- Simply select the feeder to match the tape width and the rest is configurable within the system
