The ALPHA CUT HR2 Stencils are the latest best in-class printing performance laser cut stencil, from the company that pioneered stainless steel, laser stencil-manufacturing technology.
ALPHA CUT HR2 Stencils are the new improved printing performance, laser cut stencil from MacDermid Alpha. ALPHA® CUT HR2 Stencils retain the best-in-class shape, positional accuracy and wall quality associated with the standard ALPHA® Cut material, with the added benefits of improved print definition and reduced variation in the solder paste deposit. The stencils are designed and manufactured to provide the ultimate stencil printing performance for most surface mount requirements, particularly when used in conjunction with ALPHA® Solder Pastes or ALPHA® HiTech SMD Adhesives. The stencils are manufactured using a CAD/CAM driven high precision XY-laser cutting process.

Alpha stencils can be ordered through the Alpha on line stencil management system ‘I-Stencil’, this system cuts out the middle-man and allows you stencil to be ordered directly into the factory manufacturing system to ensure that it is processed immediately. Next-day or in certain cases, same-day, delivery is possible with the i-Stencil interface and the order can be tracked from receipt to delivery. i-Stencil also stores all the history and any design guidelines that are customer specific.
