Burst & Zick CO53 Radial Cropping Device
The Burst & Zick CO53 is designed to cut the leads of axial or radial leaded components incl. IC’s to required length. The machine is extremely simple to use; the operator loads the radial component into the matrix of holes and then depresses the foot pedal ro drop the component to length, once cropped the operator removes the component. The standard thickness of the shear plate is 3.1mm giving a component protrustion of 1.5mm through a 1.6mm thick PCB, should a longer lead protrusion be required or should the PCB be thicker than 1.6mm spacer plates may be added.
