AMS SP200HTC Manual HTC Printer
The process of applying heat sink transfer compound has traditionally meant the use of brushes, rollers, syringe dispensers to name but a few. To address the frustrations created for our customers by this imprecise and messy process AMS have introduced a HTC Printer to provide a clean, measured and repeatable process to allow consistent application of any heat sink transfer compound ( eg. Electrolube EHTC-700G).
Our engineering development team have taken solder paste printing technology and adapted it to printing heat sink transfer compound onto heat sinks, IGBT devices and any other package that requires the repeatable application of heat sink transfer compound (eg. Electrolube EHTC-700G)
We work with our customers to design a base tool to support their device, we will design a stainless steel stencil and adapt one of our printers to meet their exact needs.
