Super Dry SDV 46 Vacuum sealing machine
The Super Dry SDV 46 Vacuum sealing machine offers an ideal packing solution for moisture sensitive devices, and is particularly useful within ESD protected areas. The controlled reduction of humidity and oxygen content ensures secure storage and transport conditions.
The Super Dry SDV 46 Vacuum sealing machine is fitted with a Z3000 control display amd a vacuum sensor which allows for the accurate setting of important parameters. The memory function allows for up to 99 programs to ensure easy handling and operation. The Super Dry sealers are ESD safe- equipped with acrylic covers and all surfaces are electrically conductive. Critical surfaces have been coated with dissipative plastics and feature a bleeder resistance of 1×106 Ohm, compliant with the ESD standard.
Optionally, a nitrogen unit may be installed to facilitate the packaging of materials which may be vulnerable to oxidation. The reduction of oxygen content enables long term storage of devices.
