NeoDen IN12 Reflow Soldering Oven
The NeoDen IN12 Reflow Soldering Oven is the latest forced convection PCB reflow oven from Neoden. Building on the remarkable success of the IN6, the IN12 offer double the reflow soldering capacity of its smaller sibling. Whilst still classed as an entry-level or mini reflow oven the Neoden IN12 offers high capability and is feature packed to allow the user to process small to medium volume production quantities. Utilising 12 independently controllable zones (6 above and 6 below the conveyor) the IN12 offers control to ±1°C .
Smart Temperature Profiling
The key to successful SMD reflow soldering is the reflow profile achieved within the oven. The NeoDen IN12 uses an integrated profiler allowing up to 4 thermocouples to be attached to a pcb and tracked through the oven to give real-time feedback. Combine the profiler with the smart profiling features of the oven that guides the user in setting the profile and then saving the profile as one of 40 stored means that the ideal reflow environment can be achieved for any assembly. The IN12 pcb reflow oven also has an integrated fume absorption system that removes all smoke particulate within the extracted gasses. (H12 HEPA + Activated Carbon) meaning that no expensive external extraction system is required in most cases.
The user interface is by means of a user friendly touch screen monitor where the operator can create a reflow profile, use the smart reflow tools or access the reflow profiling menu. The IN6 PCB reflow oven has all the features and controls of high end machine with the cost of a cheap reflow oven.
Medium Volume Production
The NeoDen IN6 Smart Reflow Soldering Oven was developed and released by NeoDen Tech for Europe and is aimed at small to medium volume manufacturers but is equally suitable for R&D work in the PCBA sector and for prototype manufacture. By providing features only found on expensive SMT ovens to customers venturing into SMT assembly, the IN12 offers unrivalled value.
