The NeoDen K1830 Pick and Place SMT placement machine is a real game changer in the professional SMT assembly industry. Importantly and, for the first time, a high speed, high capability machine is available within the low cost price range normally reserved for prototype machines. Offering full in-line capability and utilising a very stable operating system the NeoDen K1830 is the machine designed to upscale production or to bring currently outsourced PCA manufacturing in house and therefore increase profitability.
The NeoDen K1830 Pick and Place SMT placement machine runs on highly stable and secure Linux operating system. The PCB positional correction is calibrated automatically based on the correct and specific placement request. A closed loop Servo control system with feedback makes the machine highly accurate. High resolution and high speed component camera system improves the overall speed of the machine. The K1830 smt pick and place machine offers the capability of being a SMD chip mounter and a flexible silicon device placer giving the user an all-round option.

The NeoDen K1830 is supplied so that the user can “self-install” using the supplied video material and by referring to the manual/guide and can be running electronics manufacturing production in a minimum of time. Neoden features “Plug and Play” technology allowing the user to add extra tape feeders as necessary.
